Brazeau County Sports Park Wastewater Services

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
Brazeau County Sports Park is located on Range Road 494 in the vicinity of Town of Drayton Valley. The Brazeau County retained Canadian Consulting Engineers to design and construction of wastewater offsite servicing.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
The project’s objective was to provide wastewater offsite services to the Brazeau County Sports Park.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
The project construction involved open cut and vertical trench construction methods. The major components of the project include the following:
• Approximately 680m long, 250mm diameter PVC DR35 pipe (3m – 5m depth)
• 8 new, approximately 26 vertical meters of 1,200mm diameter manholes
• Tie-in connection to the existing lift station and 2 future tie-in services connections

PROJECT SERVICES:
Canadian Consulting Engineers provided preliminary design, detailed design, project management and construction administration.
