DR. AMIN AUGUSTIN 
Ph.D. Civil Engineering, P. Eng. 

PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER 

Dr. Augustin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Consulting Engineers (CCE). He is responsible for providing executive leadership to the Company and managing its growth. He plans and directs operations of CCE. Prior to taking on this role, he held roles of increasing responsibility including Vice President, Director, Manager, Project Manager and Senior Engineer in various companies. 

Dr. Augustin is a Professional Engineer holding a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. He is registered professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS). He has over 30 years of diversified experience in civil engineering, municipal infrastructure, transportation, water, wastewater, storm water, drainage, land development, water resources and hydraulic engineering. His experience include feasibility studies, planning, facility evaluation and rehabilitation, condition assessment, preliminary design, detailed design, project management, construction management, project risk analysis and advisory services. He has successfully completed projects with multi-million dollar budgets comprising numerous construction contracts involving various construction techniques. As a Team lead, he supervises projects and multi-disciplinary teams from conception to completion. 

Dr. Augustin has obtained extensive international experience with several international projects in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He has been awarded a University Merit Scholarship for M.Sc. Engineering, a Ph.D. Engineering Scholarship, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) at University of Tokyo, Japan. He holds one patent which is patented in Germany under his name. He has authored numerous publications and developed a technical computer software. 

Dr. Augustin has a broad educational and cultural background. He had been actively involved in numerous professional, community and charitable organizations. He served as a member of Scholarship Committee and Board of Directors at Ökumenisches Studienwerk Bochum (ÖSW) Germany for higher education in Germany and Europe. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Seeds for Humanity Foundation Canada (Non Profit Organization). He has contributed many volunteer hours for social welfare, education, development, and relief projects in various countries. He speaks 8 languages and has lived, worked and traveled around 43 countries. 

AFSHAN AGUSTIN

PMP, M.A, B.Ed.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER

Afshan is the Vice President and General Manager of Canadian Consulting Engineers (CCE). She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI), USA, Master of Arts (M.A) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). She is responsible for business development, human resources, staff development, marketing, and communication. Afshan has an active commitment to community and has contributed many volunteer hours for social welfare, education, and relief projects in various countries. She speaks 6 languages and has lived, worked and traveled around 18 countries.

DR. SHARON RIAZ

Ph.D. Chemistry

VICE PRESIDENT

Dr. Riaz is the Vice President of Canadian Consulting Engineers (CCE). Her responsibilities include planning, business development, project delivery and staffing development. Prior to working at CCE she was Head of Chemistry Department and Assistant Professor at University of Sialkot.

Dr. Riaz holds various educational qualifications including a Ph.D., M. Phil. and M.Sc. in Chemistry. She has several years of experience in the consulting, education and research sectors. She has authored numerous publications.

She is the recipient of Prime Minister Merit Award, a Ph. D. Merit Scholarship from Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS) and M.Sc. Merit Scholarship from Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU).

She is the Executive Director of Seeds for Humanity Foundation Inc. Canada (Non Profit Organization). She has contributed many volunteer hours for social welfare, education, development, and relief projects.
